How can I login to hosting account?
You can easily login to hosting account by using the details we mentioned in welcome mail. As an end user you can login to your hosting account at www.yourdomain.com/cpanel (Here "yourdomain"means the exact web address of your registered website name. Resellers can manage their account by logging to "http://www.yourdomain.com/whm".
I FORGOT MY HOSTING/RESELLER ACCOUNT PASSWORD. HOW CAN IT RETRIEVE?
Just login to client area located at http://www.bharathnet.com/billing and change the password for your server space..
BUT I FORGOT THE LOGIN DETAILS OF CLIENT AREA TOO! WHAT CAN I DO?
No problem! Just use forgot password link seen at login page.
What is meant by Reseller Hosting?
Reseller hosting enable you to host multiple domains by splitting the allotted space. You can give your end users a seperate control paanel and hence they can manage their website as individual hosting account. You will get a master control panel in which you can add, edit delete and suspend individual hosting accounts.
Do you contact my end users?
No! We will not visible to your end users as your provider.
How can I provide support for my end users?
As a reseller you will be the point of contact for your clients. If anything unable to handle by you, you can contact us for support. Then we will do entire troubleshooting and update the results. you can forward the same to your clients
Do you offer unlimited space under reseller hosting plans?
Sorry, right now we dont have unlimited plans under reseller hosting packages
